This Senior Strategy and Operations Manager is an individual contributor role in London, hybrid with three office days a week. The manager is responsible for the plan covering payment fraud, promo abuse, cash exposure and chargebacks in several markets. Metrics owned include fraud losses, chargeback rates, approval rates, promo efficiency, recoveries and false positives. The role weighs risk against customer experience and conversion, works with Data Science to sharpen detection models, produces executive dashboards, writes business cases, and works with processors, acquiring banks and card schemes to lift authorisation and dispute outcomes.

- Build executive dashboards that show performance and emerging threats
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Finance, Payments and Fraud Operations
- Engage payment partners on performance, disputes and scheme rules
Requirements
- Experience in fraud, payments, risk or safety roles with clear commercial results
- Strong analytical skills, including SQL
- Experience writing business cases and shaping investment decisions
- Record of leading work with Data Science, Finance, Engineering and Product colleagues
- Ability to turn complex data into clear advice for executives
- Sound commercial judgement across growth, experience and risk
Qualifications
- Prior exposure to chargeback and promo-misuse work in card-network settings, highly desirable
