The organization is currently seeking a bilingual Success Coach to join its Implementation Services team. Operating as a remote position based ideally in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas, this role supports local districts and schools in adopting and effectively implementing educational products through a combination of professional development facilitation and instructional coaching.
This position is well-suited for experienced educators or campus instructional coaches who possess deep content knowledge in mathematics and reading language arts (RLA). The Success Coach will collaborate closely with Success Leads to deliver customized services, travel up to eighty percent of the time to client locations within Texas, and monitor metrics related to customer implementation success.
The role involves maintaining comprehensive expertise across the Great Minds professional services catalog, representing the organization at conferences, and contributing written content such as blogs or whitepapers. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires frequent travel, including multi-day trips to partner districts, as well as a valid driver's license and the willingness to both drive and fly.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain extensive knowledge of the Great Minds professional services catalog including Eureka Math TEKS and Bluebonnet Learning
- Deliver on-site coaching, support, and professional development to assigned educational institutions up to eighty percent of the time
- Partner with Success Leads to provide contextualized services to Texas school systems
- Participate in ongoing internal training cycles to enhance facilitation and coaching capabilities
- Track, record, and evaluate implementation success metrics while documenting meaningful customer engagements
- Report customer insights and regional adoption trends back to organizational leadership
- Represent the enterprise through conference presentations and writing contributions like blogs or whitepapers
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of teaching or coaching experience, with at least one year focused on delivering professional development
- Prior background implementing a Great Minds curriculum, specifically Wit & Wisdom or Eureka Math
- Familiarity with Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy
- Comprehensive content knowledge spanning humanities, mathematics, or science
- Ability to coach across multiple grade levels in mathematics up to Algebra 2 and RLA
- Familiarity with both digital and print educational technology platforms
- Willingness to travel extensively within Texas, averaging up to eighty percent on-site presence with regular multi-day district trips
- Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to travel by car or airplane
