Job Description
HelloFresh is hiring a Supply Risk Planner to track supply risk and operational planning for one ingredient category across its EU markets. The planner maintains risk databases, watches supplier commitments and inventory, and flags shortages before they affect deliveries or menus.
The role reports to the Associate Director of Supply Risk and Planning and works with strategic sourcing, demand planning and menu planning teams. The posting describes a hybrid setup with office and remote days.
Responsibilities
- Track supplier volume commitments and coordinate mitigation steps
- Maintain the SKU risk database and category supply constraints
- Monitor waste-at-risk projections and inventory against forecast demand
- Confirm approved items are enabled for ordering before menu launch
Requirements
- 2+ years in supply chain planning, procurement operations or a related field, ideally with a degree in supply chain, business or economics
- Proficiency with Google Sheets formulas, lookups and pivot tables
- Understanding of lead times, minimum order quantities, stock levels and volume forecasts
- Fluent written and spoken English
Qualifications
- Exposure to SQL or BI tools such as Databricks (helpful)
- Background in food production, meal kits, FMCG or perishable inventory (strong plus)
