The analyst leads requirements sessions, documents processes and user stories, and designs solution proposals that weigh feasibility, scalability and security. The job works closely with Product Managers, engineers and QA teams from planning through release.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering with business and product stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
- Define APIs, integration requirements and data flows
- Work with QA to make requirements testable with clear acceptance criteria
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems or a related discipline
- Experience with sprint planning, backlog refinement and release planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree is an added advantage
