Entersekt is currently seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to join their Technical Delivery department, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Technical Delivery. This position is structured as a remote role. Entersekt operates globally as a provider of digital banking fraud prevention and payment security solutions, specializing in mobile app security, mobile authentication, and 3D Secure authentication.
In this capacity, the Systems Integration Engineer will supervise end-to-end technical integrations of SaaS products between customer technology environments and Entersekt platforms. Duties involve leading integration design quality, supplying API and SDK support, conducting technical tests, and managing troubleshooting procedures up to launch. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Implementation Managers and Implementation Engineers, and will interact directly with client technical stakeholders. Additionally, the role provides opportunities to contribute insights toward future product and integration standardizations.

Responsibilities
- Manage technical integration designs for new and existing customer onboarding processes
- Provide API and SDK integration advice to client technical teams
- Establish integration specifications, data flows, and authentication configurations
- Identify and communicate integration risks early while prioritizing mitigations
- Coordinate network integration requirements including connectivity, certificates, and firewall rules
- Lead technical testing across pre-production and production environments
- Perform structured fault diagnosis to identify and resolve integration issues
- Support go-live readiness reviews and provide technical sign-off
- Act as the primary technical integration contact during client onboarding
- Hand over post-launch technical documentation to Customer Success or Support groups
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of professional background in technical integration, solution engineering, or systems integration within a fintech or SaaS setting
- Demonstrated practical expertise using REST and SOAP APIs, SDK integrations, and web services architecture
- Deep understanding of security principles such as TLS/SSL, PKI, key management, and certificates
- Proven track record of managing technical integration design from solutioning to launch
- Experience communicating directly with customer technical personnel during delivery or pre-sales
- Familiarity with delivery and ticketing platforms such as Zendesk and Jira
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Background in the fintech sector, including Secure Customer Authentication and EMV 3DS
- Experience with scripting or automation to assist integration testing or deployments
- Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile SDK integration
- Background working inside formal change and release-controlled environments
