Continental is hiring a Fleet Services & Conti360 Specialist to oversee industrial vehicle fleet contracts and tyre services. Founded in 1871, Continental is a major global tyre manufacturer and mobility specialist that produces premium solutions for cars, trucks, buses, agriculture, and two-wheelers, alongside digital fleet and workshop services. In the 2025 fiscal year, the tyre sector achieved 13.8 billion euros in sales, supported by over 55,000 workers, 19 manufacturing plants, and 16 research, development, and innovation sites. Globally, the enterprise employs approximately 78,000 personnel across 54 countries and markets, generating 19.7 billion euros in total sales during 2025.

Responsibilities
- Manage and administer tyre and service contracts for industrial vehicle fleets across various models like Cost per kilometer and Pay&Go
- Contribute to contract renewals and support business development and sales initiatives
- Conduct Product Performance Monitoring on company and competitor merchandise to evaluate efficiency and propose upgrades
- Perform technical inspections and provide specialized assistance to clients through Fleet Checks
- Supervise the Rubber Bank program to optimize asset utilization and tracking
- Oversee casing management to maintain traceability and maximize tyre life cycle value
- Drive training and operational assistance for the network regarding Conti360 fleet management programs
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational protocols defined with fleet customers to guarantee operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in industrial vehicle fleet management, tyres, mobility services, or related industries
- Technical knowledge of tyres and fleet maintenance operations
- Analytical capability to interpret performance indicators and formulate improvement proposals
- Communication, training, and relationship management skills directed toward clients and service networks
- Customer orientation, organizational capacity, and a focus on results
- Availability for travel and client visits when required
