Angkas is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate on a fixed-term contract, on-site, in the Philippines. The associate sources, screens and interviews candidates for roles across the company, coordinates interviews, and gives candidates timely feedback. The role maintains applicant tracking records and hiring trackers, works with onboarding to prepare new hires, and acts as an HR business partner for assigned departments. Reporting on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill is part of the job.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through varied channels, and interview them on skills, experience and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, and send timely feedback and status updates.
- Maintain applicant tracking records and hiring trackers, and produce reports on time-to-fill and other hiring metrics.
- Serve as an HR business partner for designated departments, and work with onboarding to prepare new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- At least 1 to 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Proven record of sourcing and hiring talent across functions and levels.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
