Physical Therapy & Hand Specialist is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Partner - Clinical to join the recruiting team at Upstream Rehabilitation, the country's largest dedicated provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy services. Operating with over 1,200 locations nationwide, 26 brand partners, and 8,000 employees, the organization utilizes data, technology, and innovation to drive smarter decisions and operational excellence. Depending on candidate experience, this full-time position may be hired at the Associate, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Senior Talent Acquisition Partner level.

This role suits recruiting professionals who want to own the complete hiring lifecycle. Responsibilities include partnering with company leaders to understand staffing needs, designing sourcing strategies, and ensuring positive candidate experiences. Senior hires will manage complex searches, influence leadership-level decision-making, and mentor team members. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on non-clinical and high-volume hiring
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and strategies
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with stakeholders and candidates
  • Utilize data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment practices
  • Keep candidate records accurate and compliant within ATS and CRM platforms
  • Contribute to process improvements for better scalability, efficiency, and candidate engagement
  • Lead complex searches, influence leadership decisions, and mentor peers for senior level hires

Requirements

  • Must reside in the US with a strong preference for Kansas City
  • For Talent Acquisition Partner: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience including healthcare or clinical roles
  • For Senior Talent Acquisition Partner: 6+ years of recruitment experience focused on clinical hiring with demonstrated leadership in strategic initiatives
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Capacity to handle multiple priorities swiftly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though a combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Greenhouse ATS experience is a plus
