The organization is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner on a contract basis. This position is fully remote and based in Australia, specifically in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. The chosen professional will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, concentrating heavily on Go-To-Market and Sales functions, while building active candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive experience for applicants.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate closely with hiring managers to navigate complex staffing requirements, utilize recruiting metrics to optimize sourcing tactics, and adapt to changing market conditions. Ideal candidates possess a strong background in high-volume recruiting, exceptional stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in leveraging data to guide hiring choices. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and prioritize daily tasks to meet organizational hiring targets
- Source, engage, and recruit top candidates primarily for Go-To-Market and Field Sales divisions
- Develop talent pools through strategic sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and professional networking
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide decision-making during complex hiring scenarios
- Analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline conversion rates to refine sourcing strategies and improve outcomes
- Provide a positive candidate experience and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on recruitment practices
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of relevant recruiting experience alongside a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated background in high-volume recruiting across Go-To-Market functions, preferably covering Field Sales
- Ability to utilize recruitment data and metrics to influence hiring choices
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven capacity to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Qualifications
- Prior experience utilizing Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system
- Familiarity with scheduling candidates through GoodTime
- Past experience recruiting sales professionals within a SaaS organization
