Chaos seeks a Team Lead, Marketing Campaigns to direct the global growth marketing function on a fixed-term basis as a maternity cover. In this position, the individual oversees multi-channel campaign strategies targeting new customer acquisition, account-based marketing, and customer expansion to generate measurable annual recurring revenue. The role involves leading and mentoring a team of campaign and growth managers while collaborating closely with sales, product, marketing automation, and customer success departments. The ideal candidate brings a commercial perspective and a data-driven approach to designing and executing scalable growth initiatives. Responsibilities
- Manage the strategy and execution of multi-channel growth initiatives spanning acquisition, account-based marketing, and customer marketing to drive measurable ARR outcomes
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of growth and campaign managers by establishing operating models, clear expectations, and a culture of structured experimentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing automation, and customer success teams to unify go-to-market execution and share commercial KPIs
- Evaluate campaign performance and uncover insights using dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to optimize the marketing funnel continuously
- Establish clear frameworks and processes that empower the team to execute efficiently at scale while iterating quickly
Requirements
- At least 5 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on growth and campaign management, including demonstrated leadership of a team
- Proven track record of designing and directing data-backed growth strategies across customer acquisition and expansion that produce measurable ARR impact
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders across product, sales, and customer success toward shared commercial goals
- Ability to build and execute end-to-end multi-channel campaigns from strategy through to measurement and iteration
- Proficiency in translating complex performance data into clear decisions and insights using tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Fluent English language skills
Qualifications
- Background in a private equity or venture-backed company, management consultancy, or a Chief of Staff-type role
- Master degree or MBA in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in the German language
