mittwald is seeking a Tech Lead for Kubernetes in a remote setting. The company has re-engineered its hosting platform from the ground up, shifting away from abstract infrastructure toward Kubernetes-native architectures and bare metal deployments. In this role, you will help advance the platform, develop team members, analyze systemic effects down to the lowest levels, explain technical complexity to colleagues across various skill levels, and make sound technical decisions balancing high quality and pragmatism.
This position is well-suited for someone who wants to work with a modern technology stack that includes Linux, Namespaces, cgroups, ZFS, BGP, CRI-O, CNI, crun, Kubernetes, Golang, REST, gRPC, OpenAPI, Netbox, IaC, Helm, Operator SDK, and GitLab.
