In this role, the engineer will help develop and scale Jade, Chime's artificial intelligence financial assistant designed to help members manage spending, track subscriptions, and reach financial objectives.
The position involves working across the full stack to deliver secure and scalable product capabilities. Responsibilities include building agent architectures, prompt strategies, model routing, internal dashboards, and evaluation pipelines. The ideal candidate enjoys navigating the technical challenges of deploying large language model products at scale while ensuring system reliability and safety.

Responsibilities
