Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end IT service management processes and standards across the full service lifecycle
- Maintain operational stability and continuity of IT service management functions in primary and backup capacities
- Facilitate governance and execution through data maintenance, reviews, and operational coordination
- Drive process maturity by leveraging data-driven insights, automation opportunities, and ServiceNow solutions
- Provide guidance, support, and integration for computing platforms and systems
- Participate in problem determination and resolution activities alongside vendors and manufacturers
- Respond promptly to customer needs and follow issues through to complete closure
- Assist with planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of application software code
- Analyze business requirements, write technical specifications, and recommend system changes
- Mentor and act as a resource for associate analysts and other team members
- Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure system availability and performance
Requirements
- Have at least three years of technical experience
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Participate in required on-call support coverage
- Complete a background check including criminal history evaluation upon receiving an offer
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor degree in a related field or possess equivalent work experience
- Bring three or more years of core disciplinary experience specifically within the healthcare industry
