This full-time, on-site role focuses on steering the end-to-end execution of modern applications built with cloud-native architectures. The professional chosen for this position will supervise a multidisciplinary technology group, direct daily tasks, and ensure that all deliverables align with stakeholder expectations and corporate objectives.

This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced technology leader with a strong background in healthcare processes, particularly Medicaid business systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing large-scale initiatives, handling budgetary controls, and mentoring engineering staff. Responsibilities span across coordinating diverse teams of architects, developers, engineers, quality assurance professionals, and operations staff, as well as managing external contractors and vendors.

Day-to-day duties involve defining project roles, tracking critical milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and providing regular status reports to senior leadership. Candidates must be comfortable driving accountability, maintaining production technology standards, and ensuring comprehensive knowledge management documentation. Responsibilities

  • Manage healthcare products through every phase from design to deployment and implementation support
  • Oversee top-down execution to ensure projects meet stakeholder goals and strategic company objectives
  • Lead, supervise, and evaluate a team of Scrum Masters, managers, and technical personnel
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor progress toward established milestones and timelines
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and maximize the value delivered across the product life cycle
  • Maintain production technologies and ensure proper installation and upkeep
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate customer requirements with business targets
  • Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for initiative participants
  • Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations teams
  • Handle all phases of large construction projects, refreshes, and retrofits from planning to completion
  • Approve concept designs, establish project schedules, and allocate necessary resources
  • Manage internal staff recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
  • Hire and oversee external contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors
  • Prepare, develop, and maintain the master budget and schedule
  • Document project phases and deliver recurring status reports to senior management

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten years of overall information technology experience
  • At least five years of managerial experience leading technology teams
