This full-time on-site documentation role at SGS in Manila prepares and checks test reports for e-bike and bicycle testing. The engineer reviews test records and photographs, challenges inconsistencies, and adds technical observations using approved templates. The role must meet EFBE quality standards and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review test orders, lab records, protocols and photos to confirm completeness and accuracy.
- Question inconsistencies and request missing information from the team.
- Draft test reports from approved templates and add relevant technical observations.
- Revise and finalize reports after review by the project engineer or lab manager.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent education and experience.
- C1 English or better.
- Prior experience with, or strong exposure to, bicycle or e-bike technology.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with MS Word-based documentation and structured reporting templates.
- Experience in quality assurance, testing or laboratory documentation is a plus.
- Ability to read handwritten lab notes, technical protocols and image-based evidence.
