Coins.ph is hiring a Technical Operations Analyst in Manila for a full-time hybrid role. The analyst is the main contact for external partners during technical integration, troubleshoots issues and keeps integrations on schedule. The role turns partner concerns into tasks for engineering, sends clear status updates, improves integration workflows and documentation, and helps with testing and quality assurance for integrations and system updates.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for partners during technical integration, with hands-on guidance.
- Troubleshoot partner issues and relay clear solutions and status updates.
- Turn technical concerns into action items for developers and flag blockers early.
- Build and maintain integration playbooks, documentation and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, IT, engineering or a related field.
- Experience with at least one backend language such as Java, Python or Node.js.
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations and RESTful services.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting and log analysis.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, plus SQL and basic database concepts.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methods.
- Experience in technical support, operations or integration roles, or in fintech or SaaS.
