According to the company, it has grown into one of the largest networks of such practices in the US and builds value-based contracts with insurers. This person acts as the bridge between strategy leads, analysts and engineers. The position guides discovery, scoping and rollout for the platforms that power top-of-funnel marketing. Day-to-day work includes learning from Growth partners and end users, turning problems into requirements documents, story-based specs and success metrics, monitoring live workflows, testing ideas with data, and building roadmaps that balance value against risk. Applicants need five-plus years managing products in martech, tech-enabled services or software-as-a-service, plus a habit of relying on data and first-hand research when shaping designs. Working familiarity with how software gets built from start to release is expected, with Agile or Scrum experience preferred, and product work in healthcare technology is required. Knowledge of Salesforce, customer data platforms, identity resolution, consent management and practical SQL is a plus. No salary is stated.
