Job Description
Figma is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join its CIO PMO and lead the program operating system for the internal AI tooling portfolio. Figma provides a collaborative platform that enables teams to brainstorm, prototype, translate designs into code, and iterate with artificial intelligence in real time from anywhere. Figma provides a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement contributions, equity, paid time off, and flexible leave options.

- Technical fluency regarding enterprise systems, application programming interfaces, data flows, platform dependencies, and software delivery lifecycles
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills to establish governance without direct authority
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience delivering internal artificial intelligence tooling, platform, or product programs in fast-changing tech environments
- Familiarity with responsible artificial intelligence, model governance, data privacy, security, and risk-management frameworks
- Background in enterprise software-as-a-service, low-code automation, middleware, identity platforms, or procurement processes
