Job Description
OnePay is a consumer financial services platform backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, offering banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto. The company operates as a remote-first team and is currently hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager, Growth.
In this role, the selected candidate will own the growth roadmap, oversee technical program management across multiple teams, and collaborate daily with MarTech and growth engineers. - Partner with growth and MarTech engineers to lead testing and quality assurance for tracking and integration launches.
- Maintain customer data platform destinations, audience syncs, reverse ETL processes, and server-side events while monitoring for dropped events or schema drift.
- Oversee the relationship with mobile measurement partners by debugging attribution issues and maintaining SDK integrations.
- Ensure consistent tracking specifications across mobile applications, websites, customer data platforms, and analytics tools.
- Coordinate SDK upgrades, attribution migrations, and new vendor onboarding procedures.
- Engage Privacy and Legal teams early during launch planning to address consent and data-sharing regulations.
Requirements
- Possess at least 8 years of technical program management experience supporting data, martech, performance marketing, or growth teams.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience connecting customer data platforms to ad platforms, mapping events, and syncing audiences under consent rules.
- Bring practical experience with mobile measurement partners and a strong understanding of attribution concepts, including click IDs, ATT, and SKAdNetwork.
- Show direct experience executing testing and quality assurance on tracking or integration launches alongside engineers.
- Be capable of writing SQL queries and pulling independent data metrics.
- Maintain a proven track record of managing cross-functional programs across engineering, design, data, and marketing.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience at a consumer fintech company or another regulated business environment.
- Familiarity with reverse ETL operations into paid media platforms, including conversion APIs and audience uploads.
- Ability to read and write simple scripts using JavaScript or Liquid for payload transformation or templates.
- Practical background using a cloud data warehouse.
- Working knowledge of marketing privacy laws such as CCPA, GLBA, consent regulations, and customer data-sharing limits with ad platforms.
