Responsibilities

- Manage client and internal expectations while maintaining deliverables documentation
- Clear project blockers in coordination with subject matter experts and leadership
- Oversee third-party service delivery and track modifications to scope, timeline, and costs
- Deliver regular project updates tailored to various internal and external audiences
- Lead internal retrospective meetings to foster continuous improvement
- Consult clients on SaaS platform configurations such as SSO, data integrations, and role permissions
- Assist customers with content migration plans from third-party learning environments

- Guide clients on leveraging product APIs and customizing experiences using JavaScript and CSS
Requirements
