In this position, the Sourcer collaborates with human resources, talent acquisition, and technical groups to find qualified engineering professionals. Responsibilities involve building talent pipelines, leveraging market data to advise stakeholders, and designing sourcing plans.
Candidates must possess at least three years of fast-paced technical sourcing experience gained in both agency and corporate environments. The temporary assignment runs through the close of 2026, with potential extension subject to business needs. This position operates remotely within Canada and the United States on Eastern Standard Time hours, offering an hourly rate between $30 and $39 USD alongside comprehensive benefits and bonus eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Partner with human resources, talent acquisition, and technical teams to identify enterprise talent needs
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering positions and other technical roles
- Advise and influence decision-making using competitive intelligence, funnel metrics, and business intelligence
- Design, refine, and execute sourcing strategies for current and future staffing demands using social recruiting tools
- Manage sourcing pipelines, evaluate applicants, and generate performance reports using HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in a fast-paced technical sourcing role
- Background working in both corporate and agency environments
- Extensive experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple simultaneous searches
- Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time hours
