The role is remote within the USA. It bridges presales business value work and post-sales adoption, so that outcomes promised during the sales process become measurable customer success plans.
The consultant reviews Business Value Assessments with Value Engineers, checks their assumptions, and turns customer goals into measurable markers, checkpoints and adoption goals. The role tracks progress against agreed outcomes, reviews business value realization evidence, and recommends action where adoption or utilization falls short. It also oversees official transitions from sales to post-sales so that stakeholders, risks and value assumptions are written down and signed off.
The consultant guides clients on DEX, automation, connected tools, operational maturity and DEXOps methods. The goal is to help them get more from TeamViewer ONE capabilities and move from reactive support toward more proactive, autonomous IT operations. The consultant works with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, TAMs, Support and account managers, and builds reusable templates and governance routines.

Responsibilities
- Review Business Value Assessments with Value Engineers and validate their assumptions.
- Convert customer goals into written measures, checkpoints and adoption goals.
- Monitor advancement against agreed targets and look for ways to lift value realization.
- Review value realization evidence and recommend actions for adoption or utilization gaps.
- Take charge of official sales-to-post-sales transitions and define accountability across customer-facing teams.
- Coach customers on DEX, automation, connected tools, operational maturity and DEXOps methods.
- Create and keep up reusable tooling, templates and governance routines.
- Pass effective methods between groups to lift adoption and proven value.
Requirements
- Grasp of IT operations, DEX, endpoint management, automation and business resilience.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS and subscription-based software.
- Experience leading discovery workshops and turning business objectives into success plans.
- Able to link usage numbers and uptake figures to results the business cares about.
- Good at leading sessions and writing things down clearly, with strong analytical thinking.
- Can win over multi-team groups without formal power.
- Knows value assessments, business cases, ROI models and value-realization approaches.
Qualifications
- Hands-on time with TeamViewer ONE or a similar DEX system (preferred).
- Familiar with operating-maturity models and how teams adopt new technology.
