Sutherland is hiring a Trainer for a telco account, on-site in Tarlac, Philippines. The trainer delivers soft and technical skills training, builds training materials, facilitates new-hire and floor training, and coaches trainees through OJT and nesting while tracking their feedback and progress.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and evaluate soft and technical skills training
- Create, facilitate and revise training materials
- Facilitate multi-week new-hire and blended training
- Coach trainees during OJT, nesting and evolution
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Trainer
- B2 English level and strong English communication
- Willingness to work a shifting or graveyard schedule
Qualifications
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to build networks across functions
- Strong work ethic, integrity and team building skills
