Integra Partners is seeking a remote Training Specialist to design, build, and deliver comprehensive operational training programs. Operating as a national administrator for durable medical equipment, prosthetics, and orthotics supplies (DMEPOS), Integra Partners connects payers, providers, and members to enhance in-home healthcare access and health outcomes. In this full-time role, the successful candidate will partner with operations leadership and executive teams to diagnose organizational needs, manage change enablement initiatives, and implement impactful learning solutions.
This position is well-suited for a dedicated professional eager to drive employee growth and optimize business processes. During the first six months, the individual will master the company's business model, operations, and the Eloomi learning management tool. Over the initial twelve months, the specialist will establish new hire and refresher curriculums, roll out learning software, and track performance metrics to gauge program success. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Manager of Operations Training to formulate comprehensive training roadmaps and calendars aligned with business demands.
- Evaluate training needs, define learning criteria, and measure educational success across diverse operational units.
- Design and implement instructional content using various modalities for both internal staff and external customers alongside subject matter experts.
- Manage and continuously improve onboarding procedures and department-specific orientations.
- Facilitate instructional sessions for new hires and deliver refresher courses across multiple operational levels.
- Monitor learner progress and track metrics to ensure acquired techniques are applied correctly in daily work behavior.
- Support change management strategies and provide compliance, product, and technical knowledge training.
- Maintain lesson plans with thorough quality assurance checks covering both system tools and workflow processes.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Engineering, Education and Learning, Applied Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or a related field, OR have at least two years of training and development experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrate a minimum of two years of professional experience in training and development.
- Bring practical knowledge of instructional design theory, learning principles, and traditional or modern training techniques.
Qualifications
- Prior training experience within the healthcare industry, such as pre-authorization, medical claims processing, or utilization reviews.
- Familiarity with call center or operations training environments in healthcare.
- Experience utilizing learning management systems, preferably Eloomi.
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate.
