FastSpring is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its finance department on a remote basis. Founded in 2005, the company provides checkout and payment processing services for digital product, SaaS, gaming, and AI companies across the globe. Operating within the CFO organization, the treasury department currently handles close to $1.7 billion in transactions spanning multiple currencies.
This position is well-suited for a junior professional who wants to build processes and make a direct impact within a privately owned organization. The selected individual will work closely with external banking partners, cross-functional teams, and the Senior Treasury Analyst.
The role involves participating in cash flow management, foreign exchange execution, investment oversight, and financing administration. Professionals who are self-starters and detail-oriented will find opportunities to contribute to operational efficiency, audit compliance, and special implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash operations and monitor cash movements across more than 30 multinational accounts
- Process approximately $1.7 billion in payments for thousands of sellers through platforms like Payoneer, Hyperwallet, and Wells Fargo
- Execute foreign exchange spot trades to reduce currency exposure and maintain required foreign account balances
- Fund appropriate investment instruments to maximize interest income on excess funds
- Support financing administration tasks including term loans and credit card programs
- Collaborate with the Wells Fargo treasury system and partner on special implementation projects
- Assist with internal and external audits while maintaining policy compliance
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement alongside the Senior Treasury Analyst
- Support business growth initiatives such as insurance administration and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Possess two to three years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Treasury
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and high organizational skills
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Analyze financial data and communicate results clearly
- Build collaborative working relationships with business partners
