Paralucent is seeking four UiPath Developers to join their remote team within India and Asia. This full-time remote position is well-suited for automation professionals who have a background in managing live systems and are comfortable working in rotating shifts aligned with Eastern Time support needs. The role involves maintaining production automations, building new workflows under the direction of a UiPath Lead, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring smooth shift handovers. Additionally, the selected candidates may be asked to support Microsoft Power Platform solutions when necessary.
Candidates should be prepared to work in specific shift structures, such as 9:00 am to 5:00 pm IST, 5:00 pm to 1:00 am IST, or 1:00 am to 9:00 am IST. Responsibilities
- Monitor live production UiPath automations and resolve related issues
- Develop and improve automated processes following guidance from the UiPath Lead
- Perform root cause analysis and record fixes inside the support runbook
- Provide clear shift handovers to ensure uninterrupted support operations
- Assist with Microsoft Power Platform solutions when needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of practical UiPath development experience utilizing Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
- Demonstrated background in supporting automations within a production environment
- Proficient troubleshooting and documentation abilities
- Availability to work in rotating shifts aligned with Eastern Time requirements
Qualifications
- Background working with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power Apps
- Holding a UiPath Associate or Advanced Developer certification
- Previous work experience within financial services or other regulated industries
