Sutherland is hiring a Quality Supervisor in the Philippines to lead a quality team, plan audits and sampling, and turn monitoring data into improvement projects. The supervisor coaches QA staff, checks QA accuracy through calibration, and reports program-level insights to other departments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly sampling plans and ensure all three COPC audit types are done
- Track QA feedback quality and check QA accuracy through calibration
- Analyze monitoring data to identify program-level issues
- Lead quality awareness programs and performance improvement projects
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years as a Quality Supervisor
- 3-5 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in a call center
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software
Qualifications
- Six Sigma or quality management certification is highly advantageous
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software is a plus
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in customer service
