Submittable seeks a Vice President, Engineering to oversee daily delivery, reliability, cost management, and engineering personnel. Operating in the social impact sector, the company provides software that assists mission-driven organizations, government entities, and nonprofits with running programs, managing applicants, and distributing funding. This position requires hands-on technical execution where roughly twenty percent of the week is dedicated to writing code, evaluating pull requests, handling incidents, and building internal tooling using AI coding agents.
