The employer specializes in human feedback pipelines, RLHF, and training data for frontier models, utilizing access to a large workforce to supply data at scale. This position is suited for individuals with a background in analyzing first-person footage for technological training applications. Workers will be tasked with examining egocentric video recordings from commercial and industrial settings to generate precise, timestamped annotations.
Selected personnel will be responsible for breaking down recordings, applying action labels, and producing natural language descriptions for tasks involving human actions, tools, and objects. Candidates need to demonstrate practical experience handling robotics, industrial egocentric, or Physical AI datasets. The position offers compensation at the rate of Rs 750 per video hour, with a preference for applicants who can start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and label first-person video footage depicting human actions, tools, objects, and workflows
- Divide recordings into relevant sections and establish exact start and end timestamps for every action
- Assign action labels and compose clear natural language explanations for activities within each segment
- Evaluate model-generated labels, fix mistakes, and maintain labeling consistency and coverage
- Adhere to annotation instructions, consult reviewers regarding ambiguous cases, and finish revisions on schedule
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience annotating Physical AI, robotics, or industrial egocentric video
- Familiarity with timestamp accuracy, action labeling, video chunking, and temporal action segmentation
- Competency in describing observed actions alongside the corresponding hands, objects, and tools
- Familiarity with video annotation software
- Attention to detail with the ability to satisfy productivity and quality goals
