Job Description

Pacvue is a commerce media operating system that manages extensive advertising budgets across numerous global retail media networks using real-time data and artificial intelligence. The organization operates a comprehensive platform alongside Helium 10, serving tens of thousands of agencies and brands. To support its ongoing evolution into an AI-first provider, the company is looking for a remote VP, AI Strategy & Delivery.

In this position, the executive will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and direct the global artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science divisions, which include AI Labs, Pacvue Agent, and applied models. This is a client-facing position that requires interacting with major retail partners, executive brands, and agencies to convey the company vision, gather feedback, and align technical capabilities with market needs. The ideal professional brings a strong background in leading high-performing technical units within product-led environments and possesses the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary customer-facing authority regarding artificial intelligence, automation, agentic workflows, and the future of commerce media.
  • Meet directly with enterprise brands, retail partners, and agencies to identify user needs, workflow gaps, and adoption challenges.
  • Translate user feedback and market insights into product strategies, experiment concepts, and roadmap priorities.
  • Direct the global artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science departments across experimentation, modeling, and forecasting.
  • Scale Pacvue Agent as a core platform offering that shifts users from insights to automated actions.
  • Manage AI Labs for rapid prototyping, validation, and testing of emerging technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate across engineering, product growth, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to embed AI features into key workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten years of professional background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, product leadership, enterprise software, or advertising technology on a global scale.
  • Demonstrated track record of directing technical divisions within a product-led organization and turning advanced capabilities into scalable offerings.
  • Experience managing through senior technical and product leaders while coaching and scaling existing teams.
  • Solid understanding of applied AI, generative models, optimization, recommendation engines, forecasting, and measurement platforms.
  • Executive presence with strong communication skills to explain complex technology clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated product judgment to separate high-value artificial intelligence use cases from standard demos.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and regular visits to technical teams based in China.
