Job Description
Later operates an influencer marketing platform backed by years of proprietary data and billions of social interactions, connecting brands with creators to drive measurable commerce. The organization is currently seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations to oversee and modernize the infrastructure powering go-to-market activities across sales, marketing, customer success, creator operations, enablement, and development.
This executive position carries a dual mandate. The selected leader will manage day-to-day operations—including forecasting, pipeline mechanics, lead routing, territory design, and renewal workflows—while simultaneously leading a modernization initiative to overhaul legacy processes and incorporate artificial intelligence into operational workflows. Reporting directly to the SVP and Head of AI Operations, the incoming executive will direct a team of experienced managers across six sub-functions and serve as a key partner to the chief revenue, marketing, and financial officers.
This opportunity suits an experienced operations leader with a background in scaling technology or software companies, a strong financial acumen, and proven expertise in driving AI-assisted automation. Candidates should possess a blend of strategic vision and hands-on capability, ready to guide both the current business framework and its future evolution.

- Oversee forecasting, pipeline mechanics, territory assignment, lead routing, and deal operations across growth, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Drive renewal and expansion operational strategies in collaboration with client services and creator success units.
- Establish structured operational rhythms including weekly performance reviews, monthly business evaluations, and quarterly planning cycles.
- Direct the revenue enablement strategy to supply go-to-market teams with necessary tools, training, and operational backing.
- Evaluate the existing technology stack—including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, ChiliPiper, Nooks, and Chorus—to execute system consolidations and improvements.
- Implement AI-powered workflows and automated processes to accelerate departmental efficiency.
- Direct and mentor three direct reports consisting of a Principal RevOps Manager, a Director of Creator Operations, and a Head of Sales Enablement.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of progressive experience working in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations within a SaaS, marketplace, or technology enterprise.

- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Salesforce alongside experience utilizing HubSpot, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms.
- Demonstrated practical application of AI tools to build operational workflows, automations, or data analyses.
- Strong financial skills including familiarity with bookings forecasting, recurring revenue modeling, and unit economics.
Qualifications
