Cospharm is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at its Bulawayo facility. This full-time position centers on managing the receiving, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products while maintaining strict adherence to industry regulations and company guidelines. The role is well-suited for an experienced logistics professional with a background in pharmaceutical handling who can lead a team, monitor specialized storage environments, and prepare documentation for regulatory audits.
The person chosen for this role will direct daily warehouse tasks, enforce safety policies, and supervise personnel. Key duties include managing cold rooms, keeping the Dangerous Drug Room locked, and tracking attendance alongside overtime records. Candidates must be comfortable ensuring that all activities comply with Good Distribution Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily storage, receiving, and dispatch operations for pharmaceutical goods
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Distribution Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Enforce company standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and relevant laws
- Track temperature-controlled areas, manage cold rooms, and keep the Dangerous Drug Room securely locked
- Compile documentation required for inspections and official audits
- Train and supervise warehouse personnel on proper pharmaceutical handling
- Assign daily tasks, evaluate performance, and track overtime and attendance records
Requirements
- Hold a diploma as a Pharmacy Technician
- Bring three to five years of working experience in a pharmaceutical distribution facility or warehouse
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
- Possess thorough knowledge of logistics and GDP or GMP regulations
