This position requires an individual capable of guiding multiple client initiatives concurrently while keeping tasks aligned with scope, schedule, and financial boundaries. The professional in this role will act as the main communication link for clients, direct multidisciplinary internal groups including writers, developers, and designers, and inspect work outputs to verify adherence to accessibility and SEO standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple website development initiatives from inception to rollout
- Partner with designers, developers, quality assurance staff, content creators, and search optimization experts
- Establish schedules, priorities, deliverables, project boundaries, and staff assignments
- Communicate directly with clients to share progress reports, manage expectations, and address concerns
- Inspect work products prior to client delivery to verify adherence to functional, accessibility, and optimization standards
- Address project obstacles and mitigate potential risks to maintain operational efficiency
Requirements
- Demonstrate professional English fluency at a C1 level or higher
- Bring at least one year of hands-on background managing WordPress site creation projects within a digital marketing or web development agency
- Showcase thorough familiarity with the WordPress project lifecycle encompassing discovery, design, development, quality control, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Possess demonstrated capability handling multiple client accounts simultaneously under tight timelines
- Demonstrate past collaboration with multidisciplinary groups including development, design, and content personnel
- Maintain familiarity with task coordination software such as Asana
- Maintain availability for a minimum of seven hours of daily schedule overlap with Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor degree in IT, Business, Management, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Possess practical familiarity with WordPress administration, site configuration, and content management
- Understand web technologies including PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
