This role combines client delivery with internal product development. The successful candidate must operate outside the United States and provide reliable schedule overlap with CET and CEST business hours. This opportunity is suited for professionals with experience in digital-asset regulatory compliance, licensing, or legal operations who want to develop Web3 regulatory services.

Responsibilities

  • Translate regulatory expectations into operational, technology, cybersecurity, AML/CFT, and governance controls
  • Coordinate documentation, evidence gathering, stakeholders, and regulatory responses for European Union and United Arab Emirates processes
  • Produce written reports and workshops outlining findings and recommendations while overseeing delivery timelines and scopes
  • Track regulatory updates and supervisory trends across target regions to update service offerings and internal methods
  • Partner with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and AML teams to define requirements, build compliance workflows, and test tools

Requirements

  • Hands-on background supporting licensing or authorisation workflows for a VASP, CASP, token issuer, or related digital-asset organization
  • Two to four years of professional experience in digital-asset regulatory compliance, financial licensing, compliance operations, consulting, or an adjacent field
  • Working understanding of blockchain technology, digital wallets, custody, token issuances, stablecoins, transfers, and exchanges
  • Familiarity with regulatory obligations covering governance, operational risk, AML, cybersecurity, technology, and consumer protection
  • Proficiency in interpreting regulations, mapping controls, and managing project deadlines and contributors
  • Professional written and spoken English fluency with the capability to collaborate in a distributed team during CET and CEST hours

Qualifications

  • Direct application experience under MiCA, VARA, ADGM FSRA, DFSA, or other EU and UAE frameworks
  • A relevant professional qualification or certification in law, compliance, risk, information security, or accounting
  • Additional language proficiency in European or Middle Eastern languages

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Opportunity to work remotely from Europe or a nearby time zone with alignment to European business hours
