Responsibilities
- Design intellectual property branding and visual assets including logos, covers, title artwork, and key visuals across services like Global WEBTOON and NAVER WEBTOON
- Produce high-impact creative collateral across platform, social media, and paid media channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Build branding and visual design deliverables required for title marketing initiatives
- Evaluate performance metrics continuously to test and improve design effectiveness
Requirements
- Possess at least one year of professional visual design experience for digital platforms within an in-house team, production company, or creative agency
- Submit a portfolio showcasing intellectual property branding and key visual work such as covers, title artwork, and key visuals
- Provide a cover letter with the application
- Demonstrate foundational brand experience capabilities along with advanced proficiency in software like Illustrator and Photoshop
- Show skill in 2D intellectual property imagery retouching, illustration, effects, and typography
- Work on a hybrid schedule requiring in-office attendance two to three days weekly while living locally to the Los Angeles metropolitan area
Qualifications
