Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday deployment, optimization, implementation, and application managed services programs from launch to stabilization.
• Define and oversee the integrated delivery strategy, including scheduling, resource allocation, milestones, deliverables, and financial commitments.
• Set up program governance, escalation pathways, decision boards, and quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional groups across testing, security, data conversion, integrations, reporting, and change management workstreams.
• Partner with client leaders to clarify objectives, resolve decisions, and maintain alignment with business goals.
• Track and mitigate project risks, dependencies, issues, and action items with clear ownership.
• Oversee engagement financials such as revenue forecasts, margin performance, budgets, invoicing, and utilization.
• Lead executive steering committees, status reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Supervise cutover, release management, go-live, and operational readiness activities.
• Coach and develop project managers and cross-functional team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Identify, qualify, and shape expansion and follow-up sales opportunities in partnership with account and practice leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading enterprise technology, business transformation, or ERP initiatives with end-to-end delivery responsibility
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading Workday implementation, optimization, deployment, or support engagements
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading at least two end-to-end Workday deployments through all lifecycle phases from planning to stabilization
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading cross-functional teams spanning technical, functional, integration, reporting, data, testing, security, and change disciplines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience totaling a minimum of 12 years, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience
• Demonstrated history of managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk control
• Experience communicating complex delivery data to executive sponsors through concise reporting
• Background managing financial metrics such as revenue forecasts, margins, utilization, and contractual obligations in a professional services setting
• Familiarity with sales pipeline management, solution shaping, and proposal development
• Working knowledge of Workday implementation methods, tenant strategy, and production readiness
• Experience leading distributed, offshore, global delivery teams or third-party vendors
• Background handling multi-country or large multi-workstream Workday transformation projects
• Active Workday certification or relevant delivery training
• Recognized project, program, or agile credential such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum
• Experience recovering challenged programs or handling high-risk cutover activities
