National Church Residences seeks a remote Yardi Technical Analyst to support its national portfolio of affordable senior housing and community services. Operating from the Eastern or Central US time zones, this full-time position ensures platform stability, data integrity, and user satisfaction across Yardi Voyager and RentCafé systems.
National Church Residences is a large not-for-profit provider of senior housing operating over 340 communities across 25 states. The organization focuses on enabling older adults to lead independent and vibrant lives, offering residential communities along with permanent supportive housing and home-based services.
In this role, the analyst manages support tickets, configures system settings, maintains compliance data, and builds reports while collaborating closely with the Application Manager Yardi and various departments. The position requires familiarity with affordable housing workflows and technical competencies in database languages and system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain property setups, security configurations, and user roles within Yardi Voyager and RentCafé
- Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support requests and manage helpdesk ticketing operations
- Track and preserve information accuracy across Yardi modules, including compliance data for HUD and LIHTC programs
- Facilitate data exchanges between Yardi and external platforms utilizing SQL, Yardi ETL, and Microsoft Fabric
- Design and update custom reports via Yardi Spreadsheet Reporter and SQL
- Take part in testing and rolling out system upgrades, patches, and additional modules
- Partner with internal business users to collect needs and execute system improvements
- Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system settings to maintain audit preparedness
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of practical experience administering Yardi Voyager 7S or newer and RentCafé in a technical or support capacity within the affordable housing sector
- Basic professional computer skills including Windows and the Microsoft Office suite
- Self-directed work style with strong organizational capabilities to handle concurrent tasks
- Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand English
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work history
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data queries and report building
- Background utilizing Yardi ETL workflows and system connectors
- Familiarity with property management and accounting processes
- Knowledge of additional Yardi components such as Maintenance, PayScan, Construction Manager, and Maintenance IQ
- Yardi certification or formal training in Voyager system administration
- ITIL Foundation or related service management credential
