Job Description

Think Academy US is hiring a part-time 1 on 1 AMC Tutor to support students across North America in preparing for the AMC 8 and AMC 10 mathematics competitions. As a subsidiary of TAL Education Group, Think Academy leverages science and technology to deliver K-12 extracurricular learning services aimed at building critical thinking, logic, and problem-solving abilities. In this remote position, educators will provide individualized online instruction focusing on mathematical reasoning and contest strategies.

This role is well-suited for educators with a strong background in mathematics who are available to work during weekday evenings and weekends. Tutors will guide learners through competition-style problems, teach systematic methods across topics such as algebra, geometry, number theory, counting, and probability, and help students develop effective test-taking approaches and self-confidence.

The position requires a commitment of 15 to 20 hours per week with a targeted start date as soon as possible. Compensation begins at $20 to $25 per hour, with performance reviews and salary increase opportunities occurring twice a year. Responsibilities

  • Deliver online one-on-one math lessons focused on AMC 8 and AMC 10 competition preparation
