Job Description
McGaw seeks an Account Director for Client Solutions to manage a portfolio of client relationships across EMEA and North America. In this commercial and strategic capacity, the professional serves as the primary executive contact for client CMOs and growth leaders, maintaining account health, retention, and expansion without performing hands-on technical configuration. The organization functions as a customer data and revenue operations consultancy, helping businesses optimize customer data infrastructure, analytics, marketing automation, personalization, and funnel conversion.
This position suits an experienced commercial leader who can bridge the gap between technical execution teams and executive stakeholders. Responsibilities include conducting biweekly meetings, leading quarterly business reviews, mapping revenue leaks, and aligning strategic roadmaps. The professional designs measurement frameworks, defines key performance indicators, and guides pre-sales discovery while working alongside sales teams. Although technical delivery is delegated to architects and engineers, the Account Director ensures project milestones meet client objectives and verifies that estimates hold up profitably.
McGaw emphasizes values such as extreme ownership, transparency driven by data, and proactive communication. The role requires navigating European and North American business environments, procurement processes, and data protection regulations. The incoming professional will take ownership of the full commercial arc of their accounts, balancing billable delivery oversight with discovery and proposal generation.

- Identify revenue leaks across client acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels
- Construct and defend strategic growth roadmaps with clients
- Perform strategic consulting tasks including measurement frameworks, metric definitions, and cohort analyses

- Own account retention and expansion targets across a designated portfolio
- Track time weekly in Harvest
Requirements
- Fully fluent in English, plus professional working proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, agency environments, or professional services
- At least 5 years of experience owning senior client relationships tied to a revenue quota
- Familiarity with the full marketing lifecycle including demand generation, nurturing, acquisition, retention, and growth
- Understanding of marketing technology stacks spanning advertising, CDPs, marketing engagement platforms, CRMs, and analytics
- Advanced command of marketing and growth analytics, attribution, and data utilization
- Experience with pre-sales discovery, scoping, proposal writing, and presenting to executive buyers
- Knowledge of European business operations, procurement, data protection, and consent regulations

- Experience managing accounts across multiple countries or regulatory regimes
- Experience working with both European and North American clients
- Background in building or seeding a regional practice
