Axon Spain seeks a remote Account Executive, Air, T1200 to spearhead the deployment of advanced drone, counter-drone, and Drone as First Responder solutions to domestic law enforcement agencies. Operating within a designated Northeast territory that requires living within one hour of a major airport, this professional will collaborate closely with the Key Account Leader and manage vital partner relationships, such as the Skydio partnership, to achieve operational outcomes in public safety.
This position requires a minimum of 60% travel, encompassing three to four days per week with overnights. The person in this role will act as a functional expert on the Air program, developing deep technical knowledge of cloud technology, virtualization, and aerial systems. Ideal candidates thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, utilizing consultative sales techniques to guide agencies through complex cycles from initial prospecting to deal closure.

Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive technical knowledge of Axon Air devices and technology platforms to pitch domestic law enforcement clients
- Collaborate alongside the wider sales division as a subject matter expert dedicated to promoting the Air program
- Identify potential leads and target opportunities using requests for proposals, Google alerts, and additional lead-generation channels
- Construct and implement territory account strategies with teammates to establish impactful value propositions
- Maintain up-to-date account tracking within Salesforce and other internal platforms while providing timely management forecasts and competitive intelligence
- Partner directly with marketing by supplying field feedback aimed at driving ongoing program enhancements
Requirements
- Possess five or more years of experience operating as a SaaS Account Executive
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Maintain strong computer literacy across MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Commit to traveling at least 60% of the time within the assigned territory
- Showcase a strong grasp of cloud, virtualization, and drone technologies
- Exhibit end-to-end sales capabilities with a focus on prospecting, discovery, objection navigation, and deal closing
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrate equivalent applicable experience
- Bring prior startup experience
- Possess relevant vertical industry experience
