This role sits at the intersection of client experience, financial administration, and process optimization. The position is intended for applicants located in Latin America who possess a strong analytical mindset and can manage technical financial accuracy alongside empathetic communication with buyers and sellers.
The chosen professional will oversee the complete lifecycle of financial transactions, ranging from managing collections and processing high-volume refunds to handling journal entries and providing dedicated support for important accounts. Day-to-day work involves collaborating with internal sales teams, maintaining sales tax exemptions, and updating financial workflows to improve scalability.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer support inquiries related to invoicing, payments, and refunds.
- Track customer accounts and process incoming ACH payments, wire transfers, cash receipts, and discrepancy reconciliations.
- Create daily and monthly journal entries for accounts receivable and cash transactions within the enterprise resource planning system.
- Process rate adjustments, credits, refunds, and one-off payment problems requested by the sales team across Admin, NetSuite, and Avalara.
- Develop accounting policy memos and process flowcharts while identifying ways to automate and streamline accounts payable and receivable workflows.
- Handle sales tax exemption maintenance and refund processing using Avalara.
- Act as a primary contact for key sellers by providing proactive updates regarding payout schedules and sales proceeds.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, treasury, or related financial support and customer service roles.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and enterprise resource planning software including NetSuite or Oracle Fusion.
- Demonstrated practical experience using Salesforce for CRM and billing workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with high attention to detail for data entry and transaction processing.
