Superside operates as an AI-driven creative enterprise assisting more than 500 brands in scaling their marketing and creative operations. Currently, the organization seeks an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist to join the Learning Enablement and Transformation team on a contract basis. This fully remote role focuses on modernizing how staff acquire knowledge by designing practical, automated, and AI-supported solutions.
The person in this position will collaborate closely with the learning strategy lead to turn conceptual goals into working resources, automated workflows, and structured knowledge bases. Responsibilities include building Claude-supported learning materials, automating administrative tasks such as enrollments and reminders, managing tools like Sana LMS and Notion, and creating concise learning guides. Candidates should excel at working independently from high-level objectives rather than strict guidelines.
Ideal candidates will bring a strong systems mindset, hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, and a talent for organizing complex information. While formal backgrounds in learning and development are not mandatory, proficiency in managing digital resources and communicating clearly in written English is essential.
Responsibilities
- Research practical, AI-supported delivery methods for learning goals and provide recommendations
- Prototype and deploy Claude-supported learning resources and automations
- Develop and launch new learning initiatives from conception to implementation
- Manage and improve asynchronous onboarding processes for new joiners
- Organize and maintain learning knowledge bases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Automate tracking, reporting, reminders, and enrollments across learning systems
- Maintain learning platforms such as Sana LMS, Notion, and Claude
- Produce short guides, modules, and other learning content as needed
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and build practical solutions
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in organizing, structuring, and managing accessible knowledge
- Practical, hands-on experience building with artificial intelligence tools
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and technical tools
- Strong systems perspective with the ability to follow projects through to completion
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and translate rough goals into actionable plans
