Job Description
This AI Engagement Lead post is with Turing's GenAI delivery group and centers on Fortune 500 clients. The lead takes one GenAI initiative from proof of concept through full rollout and manages a group of Turing engineers with varied specialties. The group's past output includes multi-agent LLM platforms, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, plus LLM deployments built on open-source models for large corporations.
Client-facing duties include leading meetings with customers and prospects, growing the AI product pipeline, serving as the single point of contact for feedback and complaints, and identifying use cases that open new revenue. Technically, the lead sets architecture and solution direction, keeps engineers on a defined roadmap, and follows LLM research so it can be discussed with client stakeholders.
Delivery work covers the program timeline for releases, phases, and go-live dates, co-running sprint ceremonies, watching delivery risk with mitigation plans, and writing requirement papers, BRDs or PRDs, rollout plans, and product maps. The lead holds recurring one-on-ones with team members and reviews any new client request with the Engagement Manager before committing.
Candidates should bring a decade or more of professional experience, including four or more years leading ML and AI work, and a self-starting, ownership-driven outlook. Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph, cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS, and Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence is expected. The compensation band is $240,000 to $260,000.

- Own the program schedule, co-run sprint planning, and track delivery risks

- Meet team members one-on-one about support, expectations, and delivery progress
Requirements
- Ten or more years of professional work, including four or more years on ML and AI delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder handling with client subject-matter experts
- Founder-style ownership of GenAI deliveries through each phase
- Working grasp of agentic design and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- Understanding of Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud services
- Working knowledge of Agile methods and tools like JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- Hands-on work with multi-agent LLM systems, RAG pipelines, or open-source model deployment
- Ability to weigh feasibility, team capacity, and schedule impact before agreeing to a client request
