This full-time hybrid leadership role in Manila sets and runs the AI agenda for SGS Finance. The lead turns finance priorities into a governed portfolio of AI use cases, guides delivery from proof of value to production, and ensures responsible AI, data privacy and controls are built in. The role tracks adoption and business value and advises finance executives.
Responsibilities
- Build a multi-year Finance AI roadmap and investment plan aligned with enterprise data strategy.
- Own the use-case funnel, prioritize initiatives and present stage-gate recommendations to governance forums.
- Lead cross-functional delivery from proof of value through production deployment and scale.
- Set benefit-tracking standards and report adoption, productivity and risk outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least ten years of progressive experience in finance transformation, AI or digital programs, product management or consulting.
- A track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs to production and value realization.
- Practical understanding of generative AI, machine learning, automation and analytics.
Qualifications
- Experience in shared services, GBS or global matrix environments is preferred.
- Experience applying responsible AI, data privacy, security and control principles.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business, technology, data, engineering or a related field.
