To support its clients, Fincons Group seeks a senior AI/ML Engineer to build, launch, and maintain advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning systems. This position involves handling the complete machine learning lifecycle, establishing MLOps automation, ensuring data governance, and applying responsible AI standards. Candidates will evaluate emerging technologies, analyze large datasets, and collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders.
The role requires active participation in multilingual discussions and strong written and spoken English proficiency at a C1 level. Professionals suited for this position should possess a data-driven approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the capability to function independently as well as within a team.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch AI and machine learning solutions covering Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, APIs, and RAG architectures
- Oversee the complete machine learning lifecycle from data preparation and feature engineering to model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
- Automate MLOps pipelines using CI, CD, and CM practices
- Maintain data governance, data quality, compliance, and responsible AI methods including bias mitigation and adherence to the AI Act
- Design AI architectures leveraging Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, MLflow, and cloud platforms
- Examine large structured and unstructured datasets utilizing SQL, data lakes, visualization utilities, anomaly detection, and statistical methods
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to establish technical requirements, rules, standards, and solution roadmaps
- Create technical presentations and documentation to explain AI concepts to diverse audiences
- Investigate and test new technologies to foster continuous technical enhancement
Requirements
- Possess at least 15 years of professional background in data management, artificial intelligence, or machine learning
- Communicate effectively in English with a minimum C1 proficiency level
- Participate in multilingual professional meetings
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Work effectively both autonomously and inside a team environment
- Maintain a results-driven and data-oriented mindset focused on execution
- Apply solid statistical knowledge including distributions, statistical testing, and regression
- Demonstrate advanced programming proficiency in languages and tools essential for AI development
