Job Description
Intradiem is seeking an Application Deployment Engineer to join its team on a remote basis. As the leader in Dynamic Workforce Orchestration, Intradiem connects people, technology, and real-time data to help customer service operations become more agile and efficient.
In this full-time role, the Application Deployment Engineer will work closely with cross-functional partners to plan and execute release strategies across multiple environments. Responsibilities include configuring applications, designing infrastructure as code using Terraform, building automation tools, and optimizing continuous integration and delivery pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in both Linux and Windows environments, along with a strong background in deployment automation and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to plan, define, and execute application release strategies
- Configure, deploy, and oversee applications across development, testing, staging, and production environments
- Build and maintain automation tools and deployment scripts to improve efficiency and reliability
- Design and maintain infrastructure as code utilizing Terraform, including remote state management and reusable modules
- Troubleshoot and monitor release issues alongside operations and development teams
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deliveries
- Verify and test deployments to ensure performance, functionality, and accuracy
- Maintain compliance with established release management policies and document configuration processes
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in release management, application deployment, or a related capacity
- Extensive background in deployment automation and scripting within continuous integration settings
- Practical experience writing and maintaining Terraform modules and integrating runs into CI/CD pipelines
- Deep understanding of continuous integration practices and cross-platform integration challenges
- Familiarity with specifying and setting up testing and production environment infrastructure
- Demonstrated history of deploying applications in hosted environments
- Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows systems, including server troubleshooting and navigation
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based at the time of application
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- RHCSA certification
- RHCE certification
