This full-time on-site role at SGS in the Philippines maintains and improves internal applications and web platforms that support technical and business processes. The developer also works as a business analyst, turning requirements into IT solutions and guiding planning for IT sub-projects. The role serves as a bridge between business units, operations and other IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain web applications that support internal processes and client services.
- Translate business requirements into IT solutions, MVPs and service enhancements.
- Run workshops with business users to capture needs and propose improvements.
- Provide technical and functional support to end users and write user guides and documentation.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional or open-source experience in application development.
- Solid expertise in back-end C#, SQL, front-end .NET and Angular, with Angular required.
- Experience with API design and consumption, Azure environments and DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT development, software engineering, computer science or an equivalent technical qualification.
- English at C1 level, with strong technical documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
