Job Description
LightForce Orthodontics sells a digital orthodontic system built on 3D-printed, patient-specific brackets and AI-driven treatment planning. The Area Sales Manager sells directly to orthodontic practice owners, presenting the system as a way to move a practice from analog to digital workflows and grow its caseload. This full-time, remote role covers a defined geography, which the title identifies as New York City and New Jersey.
The manager takes a consultative approach, maps out an area territory plan guided by each account's potential, and works toward quarterly and annual sales targets.
