The assistant manager learns the company's products, systems and processes in depth. - Learn the products, systems and processes across lending, broking and wealth management

- Convert RBI, SEBI and exchange regulations into audit procedures
- Work with stakeholders on practical, lasting remediation
- Apply GenAI, agentic AI and automation to make audits more continuous
- Report key risks to senior leaders and the Audit Committee
Requirements
- Chartered accountant qualification, ideally passed first time
- Up to roughly two years of work after qualifying, in audit, finance, risk or similar
- Analytical, problem-solving approach with comfort using data
- Curiosity about audit, risk, fraud, compliance and control design
- Clear communicator who manages stakeholders and pushes back constructively
- High ownership and resilience in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
Qualifications
- Startup, fintech, BFSI or tech-driven background preferred
