Nagarro is seeking an Associate Distinguished Engineer specializing in Technology Architecture, Automotive, Data Architecture, Generative AI, Integration, and Cloud. This remote, full-time position involves guiding comprehensive architectural strategies for complex enterprise digital transformation and innovation programs.
The person in this role will connect business objectives with technical execution, overseeing architecture governance, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Key responsibilities include creating enterprise AI solutions using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows, alongside designing modern data platforms and integration ecosystems.

The ideal professional brings a strong engineering background, executive communication skills, and automotive domain familiarity such as connected vehicles or dealer networks. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end architecture design and technical strategy for digital transformation projects
- Convert business goals and market challenges into secure and scalable solution architectures
- Establish architecture frameworks, technology stacks, integration models, and standards
- Oversee architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making across initiatives
- Create reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and technology assets
- Design enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI agents
- Engage in customer-facing workshops, technical discovery sessions, and solution presentations
- Mentor architects, engineers, and cross-functional delivery teams
- Evaluate project feasibility, risks, security considerations, and performance needs
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or digital engineering
- Expertise in digital transformation initiatives across large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience in designing and governing enterprise architectures, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and integration ecosystems
- Understanding of data platforms, data governance, data integration, scalability, security, and enterprise data management
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and integration patterns
- Experience with cloud-native architecture on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Background in defining technology roadmaps, standards, and governance frameworks
- Skills in stakeholder management, consulting, and executive communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
